Instructions for the Paper Setters and Candidates: 

1. The duration of examination shall be three hours with maximum marks 90. There will be 9 questions overall and the student is expected to attempt five. questions no.1 is compulsory. There will be 12 questions and students have to attempt any 9 questions in 25-30 words. Each short questions carries 2 marks each. The students have to attempt one essay type question (in 700-1000 words) from each unit. Each essay type question carries 18 marks.

2. Internal Assessment will be divided into following criteria:-
Mid Semester Test : 5 Marks 
Assignment Report and Class Presentation : 3 Marks 
Attendance : 2 Marks 

Note : For Private/University school of open learning students, who have not been assessed earlier for the internal assessment, the marks secured by them in the written paper will promotionally be increased in lieu of the internal examination.
