AYUSH Admissions Counseling UG 2021 Application Details

About

Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee invites All the eligible candidates who qualified in NEET-UG, 2021 examination and aspiring for admission in Under Graduate (BAMS / BSMS / BUMS / BHMS) courses through counselling for All India Quota seats including Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes for the session 2021-22.

Distribution of Seats

  • 15% All India Quota UG (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) seats under Govt./Govt. aided institute of all States/ Union Territories.
  • 100% UG (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) seats under National/ Central Institutes.
  • 100% UG (BAMS) seats under Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
  • 50% BUMS seats of AMU, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
  • 50% BAMS & BHMS seats of NEIA&H, Shilong, Meghalaya.
  • 100% UG (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) seats of all Deemed Universities.
  • 100% UG seats (15% All India Quota + 85% Delhi Quota) of ASU & H Institutes under Delhi University as per eligibility conditions provided by the University.

Registration facility shall be available at the beginning of 1st Round, 2nd Round and 3rd
Round /Mop-up Round of AACCC-UG Counseling, on dates as specified in Counseling Schedule. Thereafter, registration facility shall not be available, under any circumstances. Further, any request (for any reason), for registration, shall not be entertained after closing of registration. There will be no fresh registration for Stray Vacancy Round.

Choice Filling Starts: 30 January 2022

Choice Locking Starts: 3 February 2022 from 3.00 PM

Processing of Seat Allotment: 4 February 2022

Publication of Result: 5 February 2022

Reporting at Allotted Institute: 7 February to 21 February 2022 upto 5.00 PM

Resign from Joined College: 14 February (1.00 PM) to 24 February (4.00 PM) 2022

Eligibility

a) 15% All India Quota

  • All candidates who have qualified NEET-UG, 2021 Examination are eligible. (except the Union Territoryof J&K )
  • The AACCC, M/o Ayush will conduct four rounds of counseling for admission in 15% All India Quota seats through online mode: i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3/Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round.
  • The Stray Vacancy round will be conducted for admission in vacant seats (non-reporting/nonjoining) after 3rd /Mop Up Round.

 

b) Central Universities / National Institutes

  • All candidates who have qualified NEET-UG, 2021 Examination are eligible. (except the Union Territoryof J&K )
  • The AACCC, M/o Ayush will conduct four rounds of counseling for admission in Central
    Universities and National Institutes through online mode: i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3/MopUp Round and Stray Vacancy Round
  • The Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted for admission in vacant seats (non-reporting / non-joining) after 3 rd /Mop Up Round.

 

c) 100% Deemed University

  • All eligible candidates who have qualified NEET-UG 2021, including candidates from the Union Territory of J&K are eligible.
  • There will be four rounds of counseling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Round 3/ Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Out of the four rounds, three rounds will be conducted online by the AACCC i.e. Round 1,
    Round 2, and Round 3/Mop-Up Round.
  • The Stray Vacancy round shall be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities, for which the list of registered eligible Candidates will be forwarded by the AACCC to the respective Deemed Universities
  • All UG seats of Deemed Universities are un-reserved i.e reservation policy of Central Govt. is not applicable.

 

d) Delhi University

15% Seats will be contributed by the Delhi University to All India Quota. Remaining 85% DQ
seats are reserved for candidates who have studied 11th & 12th grade in Delhi NCT

Eligibility Condition for Delhi Quota (85%):

  • The candidates should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December, 2021. The candidates completing the age of 17 years on 01st January, 2022 or later will not be eligible for admission, i.e. the candidate must be born on or before 31.12.2004.
  • To become eligible for 85% Delhi Quota, the candidate must have passed 11th and 12th Standard examination under 10+2 system conducted by CBSE/Indian School/certificate examination/Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi or any other equivalent examination from a recognized school situated within the NCT of Delhi only.
  • The candidates who have passed qualifying examination from Patrachar Vidyalaya or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) will be eligible for admission in BAMS/BHMS/BUMS courses under 85% Delhi Quota provided their study center and the examination Center were within the National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCTD) and they must upload a certificate  from the controlling authority of Patrachar Vidyalaya/NIOS in this regard.
  • The eligibility conditions have been provided by the Delhi University for Delhi Quota admission in ASU&H courses. The AACCC, M/o Ayush has no role to play in this regard. Candidates are advised to verify the eligibility criteria from the DU website before applying for the said seats.

 

Number of Rounds

i) Round 1

a) Eligibility: Only NEET-UG 2021 qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the AACCCUG counseling.

b) Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling.
Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee (Non Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.

 

ii) Round 2

a) Eligibility:

  • NEET (UG)-2021 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round-1.
  • A candidate who registered for Round-1 and was not allotted any seat.
  • Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 2nd Round

b) Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC- UG Counseling. (The candidates participated in 1st Round need
not to be registered again)
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money
(Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at time of registration for 1st Round)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking.
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.

 

iii) Round 3 / Mop-Up Round

a) Eligibility

  • NEET (UG)-2021 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round-1 & Round 2
  • Those who registered but were not allotted a seat in Round-1 & Round-2
  • The candidate registered in Round-1/Round 2 & availed Free Exit
  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 3nd Round
  • Those Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, 3 days prior to the commencement of the 3rd Round can register again with payment of complete fees.

b) Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st
Round/2nd Round need not be registered afresh)
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money.
(Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking.
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college

It is mandatory for the candidates to take admission on their upgraded seats in the 3rd Round/ Mop-Up Round from Round 1 & 2 admitted seats. Such candidates, if not joined in the upgraded seats, are ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling (Central/State/UT/ Nominated seat, etc.) and their security money will be forfeited.

 

iv) Final Stray Vacancy Round (For AIQG / AIQGA / CUI / NI)

The Stray Vacancy Round for admission in vacant seats (not joined/non-reporting) after 3rd / Mopup Round of AACCC-UG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will be conducted through online mode by the AACCC, M/o Ayush.

Eligibility & Process

  • All registered candidates who were not allotted a seat in any of the previous rounds are eligible for Stray Vacancy Round
  • There will be no Fresh Registration in Final Stray Vacancy Round
  • There will be no choice filling in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
  • The choices filled during 3rd/Mop-Up Round will be considered for allotment in Stray
    Vacancy Round.
  • The seats will be allotted by the software as per choices submitted during 3rd/Mop-up Round

 

v) Final Stray Vacancy Round (For Deemed University)

  • For Deemed Universities, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed University.
  • AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities and is to be
    exhausted strictly in order of merit in Stray vacancy Round.

Further, a list of ineligible candidates will also be circulated to concerned State/UT counseling authorities, National Institutes/ Central Universities/ Deemed Universities (Central/State/UT/ Nominated seat, etc.)

 

Registration Fees (Non Refundable)

  • Rs. 1000/- for AIQG/AIQGA/Central University/National Institute UR/EWS/OBC candidates
  • Rs. 500/- For SC/ ST/ PWD
  • Rs. 5000/- For Deemed University for all Categories

 

Counselling Security Fees (Forfeited or Refunded)

  • For AIQG/AIQGA/National Institute/Central University UR/EWS/OBC candidates– Rs.10,000/-
  • For SC/ST/ PWD –Rs. 10,000/-
  • For Deemed University-Rs. 50,000/

If candidate wish to apply for both AIQ and Deemed University, he/she need to pay only the higher fee i.e. of Deemed University Rs. 5000/- (Registration fee) plus Rs. 50,000/- (security money).

 

Choice Filling and Locking

During online choice filling, you can give as many choices as you wish. However,
choices of colleges/courses should be in the order of candidates’ preference (higher to lower)

After online registration, you have to fill in the choices of colleges/courses in order of your preference and lock it before server time. Once the choice is filled in, it can be modified
before locking. If a candidate does not lock the choice submitted by him/her, it will be automatically locked as per schedule/ Server time. If you don’t fill in choices even after registered in the AACCC portal, you will not be allotted any seat. Candidates can download/print out the locked choices for future reference.

 

Forfeiture of Security Fee

The Security Deposit will be forfeited if a candidate who has been joined the allotted seat in the second Round & wants to exit from the respective institution. Further, the Security Deposit will be forfeited if a candidate has been allotted/upgraded a seat in the 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-UG Counseling and does not join the respective institution or surrender the seat due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. Also, the Security Deposit will be forfeited if the admission gets cancelled due to any reason from the candidate’s end. E.g, in case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat might be allotted and later on cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission (within the stipulated time)

If a candidate joins the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and thereafter wants to exit from the institute, he/she needs to relieve/resign from respective institute 3 days prior to the commencement of registration for 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-UG counseling, with forfeiture of security money to avoid disqualifying from further counseling. In case, the candidate fails to do so, he/she shall ineligible for further AYUSH counseling (Central/State/UT/Nominated).

 

Refund of Security Fee

Security Fee will be refunded to candidates after joining the allotted college or In case the candidate is not allotted any seat during AACCC-UG counseling, the Security Fees will be refunded back to the bank account provided by the candidate at the time of registration. Refund will be initiated only after completion of all rounds of AACCC–UG Counseling

Documents required at the time of Joining/ Reporting in allotted ASU& H College

Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) required at the time of joining in allotted ASU& H College are as below:

  • Admit Cards of NEET Exam issued by NTA.
  • NEET Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA
  • Date of Birth Certificate (if 10th Standard Certificate does not bear the same)
  • Class 10th Certificate
  • Class 10+2 Certificate
  • Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
  • Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form
  • Provisional Allotment Letter generated online from AACCC portal
  • Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID )
  • Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner in
    prescribed format as attached in Annexure-VI.
  • The Candidate should also bring the category, if applicable
  • Certificate of 10th standard having Urdu or Arabic or Persian language as one of the subject in case of admission in BUMS course or candidate has to pass the test of Urdu of 10th standard (wherever there is provision to conduct of such test) in the entrance examination conducted by the University or Board or registered Society or Association authorized by the Government to conduct such examination.

Candidates without original Certificates / Documents shall not be allowed to take admission to the allotted ASU and H College. Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute / College / University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute / College / University” shall not be allowed to take admission in Allotted ASU and H College
