All the NEET Under Graduate (MBBS/BDS) aspirant candidates are hereby informed that counselling for All India Quota seats/ Institutional Quota/ Domicile (internal candidates) of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/ Banaras Hindu University/ University of Delhi/Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi), (wards of ESIC insured persons) seats of colleges under Employee State Insurance Corporation and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune for the Under graduate session 2020-21 will be conducted by Medical Counselling Committee/ Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

  • For participation in Institutional Quota (internal) seats of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/ Banaras Hindu University/ University of Delhi/ Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi), internal quota seats of colleges under Employee State Insurance Corporation and Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, candidates are required to go for registration at official website of Medical Counselling Committee.
  • Candidates of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana would be eligible for participation against the 15% All India Quota seats.
  • Candidates to note that Non- Refundable registration counselling fees and refundable tuition fees have to be paid by the candidate at the time of registration.

The MCC/DGHS will be doing Counselling for 15% AIQ, 100% Deemed Universities, Central Universities (Delhi University, AMU & BHU including Institutional/ Domicile Quota), 100% ESIC, AFMC(only Registration Part) &I.P
University (VMMC & SJH AND ABVIMS & RML& ESIC Dental, Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota ) 100% AIIMS, 100% JIPMER and B.Sc. Nursing (only 08 Central Institutes).

Number of Rounds

a) ROUND-1(AIQ/Central Institutes/University/AIIMS/JIPMER/Deemed University/AMU/BHU/B.Sc. Nursing)

  • Main counseling Registration which will include payment of Non-Refundable Registration fee and Refundable Security Deposit (to be refunded only in the account from which payment has been made).
  • Exercising of Choices and Locking of choices
  • Process of Seat Allotment Round-1
  • Publication of result of Round-1on MCC website
  • Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1 Round.- (Candidates who have allotted a seat in round one can opt for willingness to upgrade from round 1 to round 2 for which they will have to physically report at the allotted college.)

 

b) ROUND-2(AIQ/Central Institutes/University/AIIMS/JIPMER/Deemed University/AMU/BHU/B.Sc. Nursing)

(Candidates who registered for Round-1 and did not get any seat allotted are not required to register again.)

a) Fresh New Registration for Round-2 for those candidates who

• Have not registered in Round-1 (with full payment of fees).

• Have Resigned / Not reported in Round-1 need not register again.

• Fresh Choice filling Round-2.

b) Exercising fresh choices

c) Publication of result of Round-2 on MCC website.
d) Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against Round 2

 

c) MOP –UP ROUND (AIQ/Central Institutes/University/AIIMS/JIPMER/Deemed University/AMU/BHU/B.Sc. Nursing)

Fresh Registration with payment of registration fee for Mop Up Round for the following candidates :
i) Who registered in Round-2 & exited with Forfeiture of fees can register again with payment of fees. However, candidates who have already joined and taken admission in Round-2 of AIQ/Deemed/ Central Universities/ AIIMS/ JIPMER will not be eligible to participate in Mop Up Round. (Those who registered but were not allotted a seat 
in Round-1 & Round-2 need not register again).

  • Fresh choice filling of Mop Up Round
  • Publication of result of Mop Up Round on MCC website
  • Reporting at the Allotted Medical/ Dental College after Mop Up Round

List of Registered Candidates ten times the number of Stray vacancies to be sent to Deemed to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.

 

d) Final Stray Vacancy Round

  • AIQ Stray Vacancy Round for State contributed seats will be conducted by MCC of DGHS, MoHFW.
  • Will be conducted by based on the eligibility condition of the AIQ/Central Institutes /University / AIIMS/ JIPMER/ B.Sc. Nursing courses.
  • For Deemed Universities the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed University.
  • There will be no Fresh Registration of Candidates in Final Stray Vacancy Round

 

Distribution of Seats

a) 15 % All India Quota

There will be four rounds of AIQ online counseling i.e. AIQ Round 1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mop-Up Round and AIQ Stray Vacancy Round which will be conducted in online mode. All candidates who have qualified  for All India Quota seats on the basis of their rank in NEET UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) except the Union Territory of J&K will be eligible.

i) Open seats-domicile free includes:

  • 15% All India Quota seats MBBS/ BDS Seats of States (except Jammu & Kashmir)
  • 100%MBBS/ BDS Seats of BHU OPEN
  • AIIMS Open seats- 100% MBBS Seats of AIIMS across India
  • JIPMER Open (Puducherry/ Karaikal)
  • AMU Open
  • 15% All India Quota seats of DU/ I.P University (VMMC/ ABVIMS/ESIC Dental)
  • Jamia Open seats- Faculty of Dentistry (Jamia Milia Islamia)
  • 15% All India Quota Seats of ESIC

ii) Eligibility

  • The Candidate should have qualified NEET UG.
  • Domicile free
  • As per norms of NMC

 

b) 100 Deemed University

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round. Out of the four rounds, three rounds will be conducted online by MCC i.e. Round 1, Round 2 and Mop-Up Round. The Stray Vacancy round shall be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities for which the list of registered Candidates for the Stray Vacancy round will be forwarded by the MCC to the Deemed Universities. All the candidates who have qualified for All India Quota seats on the basis of their rank in NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union
Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

Eligibility

  • The Candidate should have qualified NEET UG.
  • Domicile free

 

c) AIIMS

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round for all AIIMS across the Country which will be conducted by MCC. All the candidates who have qualified for NEET-UG on the
basis of their rank in NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

Eligibility

  • The Candidate should have qualified NEET UG.
  • Domicile free.
  • Eligibility conditions as per AIIMS will be applicable.

 

d) ESIC- Insured Persons Quota 

Percentage of Insured Persons Quota seats out of State Quota seats earmarked for Insured Persons students is domicile free and the counselling for the same will be conducted by MCC.

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round & online Stray Vacancy Round for ESIC which will be conducted by MCC. All the candidates who have qualified for NEET-UG on the basis of their rank in NEET UG conducted by NTA will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

Eligibility Condition for I.P. Quota candidates of ESIC

  • Candidate should have Ward of Insured Persons certificate with distinct number
  • Candidate should have qualified All India Examination i.e. NEET UG for the relevant year
  • Domicile free
  • Reservation for the MBBS/BDS seats under Insured Persons’ Quota would be as per extant Govt. of India guidelines.

 

e) Central Universities / Institutes

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2 , Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round to be conducted by MCC in online mode. All the candidates who have qualified for NEET-UG on the basis of their rank in
NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

The MCC of DGHS, MoHFW shall conduct counselling for 15% AIQ and 85% State Quota seats of Central University/Institutes. The counselling for 15% AIQ is domicile free. 

i) Eligibility Condition for DU Internal Quota:

The eligibility conditions have been provided by DU Authority for Internal Quota admission to MBBS/BDS course- Annexure-8)

ii) Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi 

Internal students of Jamia” are studends who have passed their qualifying examination of the concerned programme from Jamia Schools as regular students.

iii) Central Institutes Under MoHFW- VMMC & SJH; ABVIMS &RML and ESIC Dental:

15% Seats will be contributed by the VMMC & SJH; ABVIMS & RML and ESIC Dental to All India Quota. For the rest 85% seats, candidates who have studied 11th& 12th grade from NCT of Delhi are eligible for State Quota of 85%
in VMMC & SJH, ABVIMS & RML and ESIC Dental.

Eligibility condition for VMMC & SJH; ABVIMS & RML; ESIC, Dental State Quota seats:

  • The location of the school/college from which the Candidates have passed the qualifying examination will form the criteria for deciding the region of the candidates. The candidates who have studied 10+2 (11th and 12th) classes in the recognized schools/colleges in Delhi and passed the qualifying examination from any school/college located in Delhi shall fall under ‘Delhi Region Category’. 
  • The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination (11th and 12th class) from any school/college located in any part of the Country (other than NCT of Delhi) shall fall under ‘All India Region Category’.
  • The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/college located in Delhi shall be considered for admission under both- Delhi Regional Category as well as – All India Regional Category. This consideration shall, however, be on the basis of merit of the candidate.
  • For the PwD category 5% seats are reserved (horizontally) in the subsidized seats in every region/category. Eligibility shall be determined as per the guidelines of MCI/NMC.

 

f) Aligarh Muslim University

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round for which counselling will be conducted by MCC. All the candidates who have qualified for NEET-UG on the basis of their rank in
NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

Eligibility condition for Internal Quota seats:

  • The Eligibility conditions for AMU Internal candidates given by AMU Authorities is attached at Annexure 9
  • Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria for internal quota of AMU on the website of AMU.
  • MCC has no role to play in deciding the internal eligibility criteria for AMU.

 

g) Banaras Hindu University

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round & Stray Vacancy Round for which counselling will be conducted by MCC. All the candidates who have qualified for NEET-UG on the basis of their rank in 
NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

Eligibility condition:

  • Domicile free
  • Candidates who have qualified the NEET are eligible to apply for the same.

 

h) AFMC 

  • Candidates who desire to participate in AFMC Counseling will be required to register on the MCC portal
  • The list of registered candidates will be sent to AFMC Authorities for conducting counseling at their own end as per their rules and regulations of AFMC Authorities.
  • The role of MCC is limited to registration of the willing Candidates only.
  • MCC shall not be responsible for any allotment made by or on behalf of the AFMC Authorities
  • Candidates must verify the Eligibility Conditions (especially Medical Eligibility conditions) from the AFMC website before applying for AFMC Counselling. There have been instances of cancellation of admission due to non-fulfillment of Medical Eligibility Conditions.
  • Candidates must verify their eligibility conditions well before from the AFMC website before applying for AFMC Counselling. MCC will not entertain any grievance regarding the same

 

i) JIPMER

There will be four rounds of counselling i.e. Round 1, Round 2 of AIQ and Mop-Up Round & online Stray Vacancy Round for which counselling will be conducted by MCC. All the candidates who have qualified for NEET-UG on the
basis of their rank in NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

JIPMER has its own eligibility and admission policies for its internal seats/domicile which the Candidates are advised to go through the same. The seat matrix/information of JIPMER for NEET UG is provided by JIPMER.

Eligibility Condition for JIPMER domicile seats:

  • The Candidate should have qualified NEET UG.
  • Candidates are advised to go through Annexure-10 for the eligibility quota details
  • The same has been provided by JIPMER Authorities, MCC has no role in the same.

 

j) B.Sc. (NURSING)- Central Institutes 

MCC of DGHS, MoHFW will be conducting Counselling for some Central Institutes of B.Sc. (Nursing) for this academic year i.e. 2021-22. MCC will conduct five rounds of counseling in online mode i.e. Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, Stray Vacancy round & 2nd Mop-Up Round . The rules for conduction of B.Sc Nursing counselling will be same as BDS counselling. All the candidates who have qualified NEET-UG on the basis of their score in NEET UG conducted by NTA including candidates from Union Territory of J&K will be eligible. Eligible candidates may download the Rank letter/ Result from NTA website.

Counselling Fees

After registering for fresh registration, payment page appears automatically. Candidate can do online payment by Net Banking / credit card/ debit card only after making the payment as per choice. Only after the successful payment candidate proceed for choice filling.

At the time of registration students participating for Medical/Dental/B.Sc. Nursing seats will have to pay two kinds of fee:

a) For (15% All India Quota)/ Central Universities (DU, AMU, BHU and Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi)/AFMC& ESI/ All AIIMS/ JIPMER/B.Sc. Nursing
Non Refundable Registration fee:-Rs. 1000/- for UR candidates &Rs. 500/- For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates.
Refundable security amount:- Rs.10,000/- for UR candidates &Rs. 5,000/- for SC/ST/OBC/PHe.g. any UR candidate opting for Central Universities/ AFMC/ ESI will pay Rs. 1000/-+ Rs. 10,000= Rs. 11,000 at the time of registration.

Any SC/ST/OBC/PH candidate will pay Rs. 500 + Rs.5,000 = Rs. 5,500 at the time of registration. Candidates applying for the NRI Category are advised to verify the mode of payment from the concerned college.

b) For Deemed Universities
Non Refundable Registration fee:-Rs. 5000/-(same for all candidates)
Refundable Security amount:-Rs. 2, 00,000/-
e.g Any candidate opting for Deemed University will have to pay Rs 5000/- Non Refundable fee + Rs 2,00,000/- Refundable security amount at the time of at the time of Registration.

In case candidate had to apply for both Govt. Medical/Dental/Nursing and for Deemed University, the candidate has to pay only the higher fee. In this case the candidate will have to pay fee for Deemed University i.e. Rs. 5000/-
(counselling/registration) plus Rs. 2,00,000/- (security amount).

 

Forfaiting of Fee

Forfeiture means if a candidate allotted a seat in 2nd round or subsequent round of counseling and does not want to join the allotted seat he can still exit with forfeiture (losing security amount deposited) and once candidate joined the allotted seat would not be eligible for resigning/surrender of joined seat.

The Security Deposit will be forfeited if a candidate who has been allotted a seat in the Second Round or subsequent rounds and does not join the respective institution or surrender the seat due to any unforeseen reason. Also the Security Deposit will be forfeited if the admission gets cancelled due to any reason. E.g in case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission (within stipulated time). 

Keeping the above directions in view Candidates are advised to take a calculated decision of continuing in Second round of AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities as they would not be permitted to resign from 2nd round of AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities. They will also not be allowed to participate in any Counselling after joining in
Second Round of AIQ.

Once you join second round seat, you will not be allowed to vacate from allotted 2nd round seat as per direction by Hon’ble supreme court in WP(C) (267/2017) dated 09/05/2017.However if you are allotted a seat in Second Round and have not joined the college/institute in AIQ/  Deemed/Central/AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing you can Exit with Forfeiture of security amount

 

Refund of Fee

Security amount will be refunded to all the Eligible Candidates only after the completion of all rounds of Counselling

 

Choice Filling

  • It is advised that after going through the list of seats available, a tentative list may be prepared first as per your preference of colleges, before attempting to fill choices on-line. Candidates are advised to read and understand user manual for the candidates carefully before registration.
  • You can give as many choices as you wish during online choice filling. However choices should be in order of candidates’ preference. There will be common software for AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ B.Sc.
    Nursing/ AIIMS/ JIPMER/ AMU/BHU for filling up choices.
  • The information regarding Stipend /fee structure/ course duration / bond amount / rendering of service in rural / tribal area/other conditions etc. has been provided by Medical Colleges.
  • Candidates are advised to visit College website or contact the College Authorities directly for any query regarding above information before filling choices. Choices once locked cannot be modified and any request to MCC/DGHS regarding tinkering of choices will not be entertained. 
  • Candidates are advised to confirm their eligibility/domicile status before registering on MCC website for Institutional Quota seats of Central Universities/Institutes/ JIPMER before opting for their seats.
  • Candidates are advised to confirm the fee structure/ any other additional fee from the colleges especially Deemed Universities before filling up choices for the same. Some All India Quota colleges might have high fee structure, therefore confirmation about the fee should be made before hand, MCC of DGHS takes no responsibility of the fee structure of the colleges and will not entertain any request or complaint regarding Fee Structure. The above information may be confirmed by the candidate before filling the choices.
  • If you don’t register and fill in choices during registration period, you will not be allotted any seat. Please also note that registration will be available once before allotment of round-1, before starting of round-2 and before start of Mop up Round. There will be no fresh registration before Stray Vacancy Round.

 

Choice Locking

After online registration (registration is compulsory to take part in online allotment process, before the round -1 during specified registration period), you have to fill in choice of Institutions/colleges/courses in order of your preference.
Once choice is filled in, it can be modified before locking it. During the choice locking period, it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of your submitted choices. If candidate does not lock the choice submitted by him/her, it
will be automatically locked as per schedule.

 

Important FAQs

a) Is it necessary to join allotted Medical/Dental College of Round 1 to get chance to participate in Round 2?

No, candidates need not report or join the allotted college of Round 1 since there is free exit.

However if they want to hold the Round 1 seat they have to physically join the college of Round 1 and give up-gradation willingness for Round 2 at the time of admission.

 

b) If a candidate does not report at the allotted college during Round 2 whether he has to register again for Mop Up round? 

Yes, Candidate security amount will be forfeited and he has to register fresh in Mop Up round with Fresh Payment

 

c) Who are eligible for 2nd Round of allotment?

Candidates eligible for seat allotment in 2nd round would be from one of the following groups:

Group–I: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round

Group-II: Registered candidates who have secured seat under reserved quota & whose 1st round of allotted seat got cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission will be considered for allotment of seat in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in respective category

Group–III: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and submitted willingness for second round up-gradation as Yes.

Group- IV: Candidates who have been allotted a seat but Not Joined.

Group V: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of first round at college.

 

d) Who are not eligible for 2nd Round of allotment?

  • Candidate who has become non eligible due to having inadequate documents as per Eligibility Criteria.
  • Who have not registered in Round 1 or Round 2.

 

e) Can a candidate participate in second round without submitting fresh choices (based on choices submitted before round-1)? 

Fresh choice submission by eligible candidates, as mentioned above is necessary for consideration for seat allotment during round-2. If candidate does not submit fresh choice(s) during choice filling period, the candidate will not be
considered for allotment of seat during Round- 2 and will retain the already allotted (joined) seat, if any

All candidates who desire to take part in second round will have to submit fresh choices before second round

 

f) If I give consent for up-gradation of my choice during first round and if my choice is allotted, is it necessary to join at college allotted during second round? 

In case candidate is upgraded during the second round of allotment process, the seat allotted during the first round will be automatically cancelled immediately (and allotted to somebody else) and candidate will have to join the college/seat allotted during second round after obtaining online generated relieving letter from college allotted in Round-1. If a candidate does not join the college/seat allotted during the second round, within stipulated period, he will forfeit his Fee and will have to register again to participate in Mop – up Round.

Seat can also be up-graded in the same college (same course) by change of category (i.e. ST/SC/OBC/EWS/PwD to UR) in such a case also the candidate has to take fresh admission on the up- graded seat, as per procedure.

 

g) If I get an up-graded seat during second round, can I join that college directly? 

No, you will have to get online generated relieving letter from the earlier institute/ college (from MCC software – will be given by the college authority), before you join the next college / institution. Without such relieving letter candidate will not be permitted to join the seat allotted in round-2. Up-gradation is applicable only those candidates who have joined allotted seat of Ist round and submit willingness for up gradation.

 

h) What to do If I by mistake I had opted for Deemed Universities seats when I wanted to opt only for All India Quota (AIQ). How do I correct it? 

There is a reset initialization option at registration page where candidate can reset the previous filled quota choice and fill the particular again and then proceed for registration. This facility is provided only once. However, candidate has to make new registration with full payment of fees after using RESET option.

 

i) Whether Up-gradation is allowed from 2nd round counseling of AIQ/Deemed/ Central  Universities/ AIIMS/ JIPMER/ Nursing to Mop-up Round counseling of DGHS for AIQ/Central / Deemed Universities/ AIIMS/ JIPMER/Nursing?

No, Up-gradation is not allowed once a candidate joins a seat allotted in Round II of AIQ/Deemed/ Central Universities/AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing and the candidate will not be allowed to vacate the seat of AIQ/Deemed/ Central
Universities/AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing. The candidate will not be allowed in any further counseling including Stray Vacancy Round of AIQ/Deemed/ Central Universities/AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing

 

j) Who are Eligible for Stray Vacancy Round of AIQ/Deemed/ Central Universities/ AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing?

All Registered Candidates except the following three categories are eligible for Stray Vacancy Round of AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities/ AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing:-

  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in Round II of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing.
  • Candidates allotted a seat in Mop Up Round of MCC and NOT REPORTED.
  • Candidates joined a seat in Mop Up Round of MCC.

 

k) Who are not eligible for Stray Vacancy Round of AIQ/Deemed/ Central Universities/ AIIMS/JIPMER/ Nursing

Following Candidates are not eligible:-

  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in Round II of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing.
  • Candidates allotted a seat in Mop Up Round of MCC and NOT REPORTED.
  • Candidates joined the allotted seat in Mop Up Round of MCC.
  • Candidates who have not registered in any of Previous 3 Rounds.

 

l) Will there be any Fresh Registration for Stray Vacancy Round?

No, there will be no Fresh Registration for Stray vacancy Round. The 10 times vacant seats list of registered candidates will be provided by DGHS to Deemed Universities for Stray Vacancy Round as per the direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court directions and as per regulations of MCI. Stray Vacancy Round for AIQ/Central University AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing seats will be conducted by MCC of DGHS in online mode.

 

m) What if I do not have my Original Documents with me at the time of joining the allotted college?

The Candidates who have been allotted a seat through NEET UG Counselling by MCC are informed that their admission is provisional subject to physical verification of documents by the allotted college authorities. The MCC has no role to play in physical verification of documents.

Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute / College /
University” will not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical/Dental College.

 

List of Documents are required at the time of Joining/ Reporting in allotted Medical/ Dental/Nursing College

Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under- graduate medical/dental/nursing courses for admission to allotted college are required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College are as mentioned below

  • Allotment Letter issued by MCC
  • Admit Cards of Exam issued by NTA.
  • Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA
  • Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
  • Class 10th Certificate
  • Class 10+2 Certificate
  • Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
  • Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
  • Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
  • For NRI/ OCI/PIO/Foreign Nationals candidates following documents are mandatory:
    a) Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate
    b) Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the
    expenses for the whole duration of study)
    c) Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer)
  • Category Certificate SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Disability / EWS  (if Applicable)

Certificates issued by the competent authority on standard format, should be in English or Hindi language. Please remember that some of the states insist for certificate in English language only. Candidates are advised to carry certified (attested) Copy of English version of the original certificate, in case certificate issued is in other than English language, along with original certificate
