Eligibility

a) Age

Only Candidates born not earlier than 5 May 1996 (5 May 1991 in case of SC/ST/OBC/PwD Candidate ) and not later than 31 December 2004 are eligible.

b) Education

i) The Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% Marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology at the qualifying examination mentioned above for unreserved candidates and 40% marks in respect of the SC, ST and OBC

ii) Candidate with benchmark disabilities as specified under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 the Minimum qualifying marks in qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology shall be 45% for General Category and 40% for SC, ST and OBC

iii)  The Candidate must have passed Urdu at the qualifying examination or at High School / Matriculation / Secondary Examination or equivalent / Urdu Diploma equivalent to 10th Class form the Institute recognized by State / Central Govt or equivalent .

c) State Quota

i) Must have fulfilled all eligibility criteria mentioned in the NEET UG-2021 Information bulletin and qualified NEET UG-2021 examination.

ii) Candidates must be Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh.

OR

Candidates who are not Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh but have passed both High school (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institutions situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh shall also be eligible

OR

Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed any one High school (10th) OR Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational
institutions situated  in the State of  Uttar Pradesh shall also be eligible.

d) Private Institutes

Any qualified candidates of NEET-UG-2021 is Eligible to apply, for which there will be no condition of schooling and Domicile/Permanent residents.

Registration Fee (Non Refundable)

Rs 2000/-

Choice Filling / Locking

Choice Filling will be available after Deposition of Security Fee at the Nodel Centre. There is not limit in Choice Filling. Candidates are advised to Go through the Institutes Fee before filling Choice. It is mandatory for the Candidates, to Lock Choices otherwise filled choices will be void and null

Security Fee (Refunded or Forfeited)

Rs 10,000/- for State Quota Seats

Rs 50,000/- for Management Quota Seats

Security Money to be deposited at the Nodal Centre at the time of Documents verification as a Demand Draft. Security Money will not be adjusted in Tuition Fee.

Forfeiture of Security Fee

If, any Candidate who refuse to Join the allotted seat in Any Round , his/her security money will be forfeited. If the Candidate allotted Seat in the Round 1 but did not join the Allotted College, his/her Security Money will be forfeited. Such Candidate is require to Pay Security Money to Participate in Second Round.

If any Candidate who have allotted seat in Private Institute in Round 1 of Counselling and resigns TWO DAYS PRIOR before starting the Second round, will eligible for Refund of 50% of Security Fee. If Candidate wants to Participate again in Counselling, required to Pay 50% of Security Fee Again.

Also, If any Candidate resigns TWO DAYS PRIOR before starting the MopUp round, will eligible for Refund of 50% of Security Fee. If Candidate wants to Participate again in Counselling, required to Pay 50% of Security Fee Again.

Refund of Security Fee

Security Money will be refunded to the candidates who Join the allotted seat.

Mop-Up Round

MopUp Round will be held in Offline Mode After Completion of Two Rounds. All the Candidates who did not allotted any Seat Round 1 and Round 2 are eligible to apply. All Eligible Candidates are required to Pay Rs 2000/- Registration Fee. The the previous registered candidates are also required to pay Rs 2000/- registration fee again but they do not required to pay Security Fee again. Any Candidate who have allotted Seat in Round 1 or Round 2 are not Eligible to apply
