Introduction

Shri Krishna Ayush University Kurukshetra, Haryana SKAU has released notification regarding procedure of admission to BAMS / BHMS in all Government / Government Aided/ Private BAMS / BHMS Institutes of State of of Haryana including those under Private / Deemed Universities (SGT University, Gurgaon, and Baba Mast Nath University, Ashtal Bohar) and UT Chandigarh (Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College) for Academic Session 2021-22

15% of the Seats are under All India Merit Category of NEET UG 2021, counselling for which is conducted by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India / National Commission for Indian System of Medicine / Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra on the basis of All India merit of NEET UG 2021 and the Counselling for remaining 85% of the seats would be conducted by Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra on the Basis of NEET UG 2021

Its is further notified that in All Private Institutes in the State of Haryana for Academic Session 2021-22 covered under this notification, 50% of the seat will be filled under State Quota seats and remaining 50% of seats will be notified under Management category. Out of 50% of Management category seats, 15% seats will be in the Non-Resident Indian (NRI Category)

Eligibility

A Candidate for admission to BAMS / BHMS Courses in Govt / Govt Aided AYUSH Colleges and Open Merit Category (State Quota) Seats in Private AYUSH Colleges will be eligible if he/she:

  • is a citizen of India
  • The Candidate, who are bonafide residents of Haryana and who / whose parents produce(s) Haryana Residence Certificate
  • Must have fulfilled all eligibility criteria mentioned in the NEET UG-2021 Information bulletin and qualified NEET UG-2021 examination.
  • For Management category, candidates from All Over India shall be eligible, irrespective of their State of Domicile and Place of Study. There will be no requirement for any Domicile Certificate for Allotment of Seat in AIQ UG Seats of Private Institutes

 

Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)

Rs 2000/- for General Category

Rs 500/- for SC/D-SC/BC/EWS/FF/ESM/Reserved Category Haryana

Rs 500/- for SC Category of UT Chandigarh

Rs 500/- for Physically Handicapped (PwD)

Rs 2000/- for Reserved Category (Other State)

Rs 2000/- for Any Central Nominee Seat Reserved by Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi

Rs 10000/- for NRI Category

 

Second Round

  • In case there is vacancy after the First Round of Counselling due to any reason such seats will be filled up during the second round of Counselling.
  • Fresh Registration shall be allowed for participating in the Second Round. 
  • The Candidates who have already registered themselves for first round and wish to participate in the second round, shall not be required to register again. However they shall have to give their willingness / Option by filling-up of the College / Course choice again to participate in the second round of Counselling online.
  • The Candidate who have joined the allotted seat in the first round shall have a right to retain already allotted seat and this shall be changed only if he/she gets an updated and opted seat during second round. However the candidates who wish to participate in the 2nd Round of Counselling will have to submit their Choices /  Preferences of Colleges afresh again. Candidates who have been allotted seat (College) in first round should give the fresh choices in order of preferences for the College / Course in which they wish to Upgrade Themselves
  • Shifting / Upgrade would be allowed only in 2nd Round of Counselling and not thereafter

 

Counselling Security Fee (To be Deposited in 2nd Round / Mop-Up Round)

  • For State Quota Seats Rs-5,000/-(2,000/- SC/D-SC/BC/EWS/FF/ESM/Reserved Category Haryana)
  • For Management Quota Seats Rs- 50,000/- for all category

This Amount shall be later Adjusted in the fee of First year Course, if the candidate joins the allotted seat.

 

Mop-Up Round

  • If the seats still remain vacant ever after the two round of counselling then left over seats will be filled via Mop-up Round.
  • The Candidate who join the seat allotted to them during the First or Second Round of All Indian Counselling / State Counselling shall not be eligible to participate in the Mop-up Round
  • Fresh Registration is shall be allowed for participating in the Mop-up Round
  • The Candidates, who have already registered themselves for first or second round and are eligible to participate in Mop-Up rounds as per the laid conditions and wish to participate in the Mop-up Round, shall not be required to register again. However they shall have to give their willingness / Option to participate in the Mop-up Round of Counselling online by filling up the choices / Preferences again
  • Seats remain vacant under State Quota Seats in Private Colleges / Universities after two Rounds of Counselling will be converted to Management Category seats.
  • No Candidate would be allowed to participate in Mop-up Round counselling if he/she have already taken admission in any other institute under this University Counselling / All India Counselling. If Such Candidates want to Participate in Mop-up Round Counselling then he/she would have to get his/her admission cancelled (with Documentary Proof) before participating in mop-up Round Counselling, their Security Fees submitted to University shall stand forfeited. However the candidates who wish to participate in the Mop-up Round of Counselling will have to submit their preferences afresh again

 

Forfeiture of Security Fee

The Security money will be FORFEITED, if a candidate who has been allotted a seat and does not Join the respective institution or surrender the seat due to any unforeseen reason before and after joining. Also Security Money will be forfeited, if the admission get cancelled due to any reason on the part of student i.e. in case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of  which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission (within the stipulated time), however they will be eligible to participate in  the mop-up round

 

Refund of Security Fee

The Security Fee will be refunded in case of no seat is allotted

  • Category Certificate (SC / ST-Deprived / BCA / BCB / EWS) (Haryana / Chandigarh Only)
  • Class 10th Marksheet showing Date of Birth

 

Admission Process

The allotment of  the institution / course shall be made strictly as per merit prepared / drawn on the basis of merit of NEET UG 2021 of the candidate in  the state List / All India List as the case may be.

The Candidate who have been allocated seat will have to appear in Person for document verification (with all following original documents and two sets of self-attested Photocopies) before the admission committee of the Concern College

  • Matriculation / High School Certification (10th)
  • 10+2 / Intermediate / Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate and Detailed Marksheets
  • Character Certificate issued by the School / Institute Last Attended
  • Residence Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Certificate of Bonafide residence issued by Competent Authority (If Applicable)
  • Category Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Latest Income Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Application Form Print
  • Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
  • Two ID Proofs (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID / Ration Card / any other)
  • Four Passport Size Photograph as Uploaded in NEET UG 2021

After commencement of UG Courses if a candidate has joined the Course / Institute leaves the course after the three days prior to the last date of admission as prescribed by NCISM / NCH, New Delhi, then he/she shall have to pay entire course tuition fee of the respective college. In this regard the candidates would fill the BOND with concerned college at the time of reporting for admissions
