Admissions shall  be  done for  the  following Government/Government  Aided / Private Medical / Dental Colleges located in the State of Haryana subject to the final approval from Govt. of  India, Ministry of  Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi/State Government/Affiliating University:-

a) Government Medical Colleges:-

• Post  Graduate of Institute of Medical  Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak.
• Bhagat Phool Singh GMC(W), Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat.
• Shaheed Hassan Khan Mewati GMC, Nalhar, Nuh
• Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, karnal
• ESIC, Faridabad.

b) Government Aided Medical College:-

• Maharaja Agrasen Medical  College, Agroha, Hisar.

c) Private Medical Colleges Affiliated to Pt. B.D. Sharma University of  Health Sciences Rohtak:-

• NC Medical College & Hospital, Israna, Panipat.
• Adesh Medical College & Hospital, Shahabad, Kurukshetra.
• World Medical College, Gurawar, Jhajjar.

d) Private Medical Colleges established under Haryana Private Universities Act,2006

• SGT Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute, Budhera, Gurugram (SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram).
• Al-Falah School  of  Medical  Science &  Research  Centre, Village  Dhoj Tikri Khera, Faridabad (Al-Falah University, Faridabad).

e) Government Dental College:

Eligibility

A candidate for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in Govt./Govt. Aided Medical and Dental Institutions and Open Merit Category (State Quota) Seats in Private Medical /Dental  Institutions will be eligible if he/she:

• Is a citizen of India.
• The candidates, who are bonafide residents of Haryana as per instructions issued by the Chief Secretary to Govt. Haryana and who/whose parents produce(s) Haryana Residence Certificate as per Government instructions given in Annexure II, III & IV or any modification issued by competent authority from time to time.
• For Management Category, candidates from All over India shall be eligible, irrespective of their State of domicile and place of study.

All candidates (General/ SC/ SC(Deprived) / BC-A  /BC-B/ Benchmark  disabilities/ EWS/ ESM/ FF) desirous of seeking admissions in any Category of seats should fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria / qualifications / qualifying criteria as prescribed in the information bulletin for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) issued by NTA for the Academic year 2021-22 and as per  regulations of National Medical Commission / Dental Council of India issued from time to time.

No  candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks (as specified in NEET UG-2021) shall be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.

Note: The candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats will have to bring, in original, all the relevant certificates / documents at the time of document verification without which admission to UG course shall not be granted. Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will  not be considered valid for the purpose of admission and the seat allocated to them online shall be cancelled.

Bonafide residents of Haryana

Following categories of persons would be eligible for the grant of Resident Certificate:

• Candidates, who have passed the examination qualifying there for selection in an institution from a school/college in Haryana.
• Children/Wards (if parents are not living)/Dependents: –
  (a) of the regular employees of Haryana State posted in or outside Haryana State or working on deputation;
  (b) of the regular employees of the statutory bodies/corporations established by or under an act of the State of Haryana who are posted in Chandigarh or in Haryana or outside Haryana.
  (c) of the regular employees of the Government of India posted in Chandigarh or in Haryana in connection with the affairs of the Haryana Government;
• Children/wards (if parents not living)/dependents of persons who after retirement have permanently settled in Haryana and draw their pensions from the treasuries situated in the State of Haryana.
• Children/wards (if parents are not living)/dependents of pensioners of Haryana Government irrespective of the fact that the original home of the retiree is in a state other than Haryana or he has settled after retirement in or outside Haryana;
• Children/Wards (if parents are not living)/dependents of persons, who have permanent home in Haryana and include persons who have been residing in Haryana for a period of not less than 15 years or who have permanent home in Haryana but on account of their occupation they are living outside Haryana;
• The wives of such persons who are bonafide residents of Haryana irrespective of the fact that they had belonged to any other State before marriage;
• Persons who were born in Haryana and produce a certificate to that effect; provided that the parents/guardians (if parents are not living) of persons belonging to any one of the above mentioned categories are:
  (a) Citizen of India;
  (b) Produce an affidavit to the effect that they or their children/wards (if parents are not living)/dependents have not obtained the benefit of Resident in any other State.

Application Fee

The Registration cum Counselling fee (Non Refundable) shall be as under:

Rs. 2500/- for  Unreserved Category.

Rs 1250/- for SC/BC/EWS/PWD Category of Haryana.

Rs. 10,000/- for  NRI Category.

Security Fee

All candidates {already registered (irrespective of their admission status) and freshly registered
candidates} who wish to participate in the second round of counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in only Government/Government aided Medical/Dental shall be required to deposit online an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.5000/- for SC/BC/EWS/PWBD of Haryana state) and if the candidate wishes to also opt for State Quota Seats/Management Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental Colleges including Private Universities then he/she shall have to deposit online an amount of Rs.1.00 Lakh.

Important Notes

• In case the candidates join on the allotted seat, this amount shall be adjusted in the fee of the first year of UG Course.
• If the candidates are allotted any seat as per their preference, but they do not join on the
  allotted seat, the security amount shall be forfeited. However, these candidates will be eligible to participate in the mop-up round.
• The Security amount of the candidates who are not allotted seats during the 2nd round shall be returned after the completion of the counseling process.

Instructions for Round 2

• The candidates who have already registered themselves for the first round and wish to participate in the second round, shall not be required to register again. The candidates who have got their document verification done during the first round of counseling are not required to get documents verified again
• The candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round of counseling shall have to give their willingness/option to upgrade themselves in the second round of counseling online otherwise they shall not be considered eligible for the second round of counseling.
• The Candidates who have joined on the allotted seat in the first round shall have a right to already allotted seat and this shall be changed only if he/she gets an updated and opted seat during second round. However, the candidates who wish to participate in the 2nd round of online counseling will have to submit their preferences/choices afresh. Candidates, who have been allotted, seat in first round should give the fresh choices in order of preferences for the seats in which they wish to upgrade themselves.
• The candidates who join on the allotted seats in the 2nd round of counselling, will not be
  eligible to participate for further rounds of counselling.
• The candidates who join the seat allotted to them during the All India Quota/Any State upto the 2nd Round of Counseling shall not be eligible to participate in the second round. The candidates will have to give any undertaking regarding the same. The same shall be available in the login ID of the candidates falling which the candidature of the candidates will not be considered.
• The choices filled by the candidates for the first round of counseling shall be treated as null
  and void and the candidates will have to fill fresh choices to be eligible for participating in the second round of counseling.

Candidates applying under BCA/BCB category should submit Creamy/Non Creamy layer certificate as per Government of Haryana Notification Dated 17/11/2021 by Department of Welfare of Schedule Castes and Backward Classes. Certificates issued by Competent authority after 17.11.2021 will only be considered valid for deciding eligibility for admission under BCA/ BCB category.

Admission

The  candidates will  have to  appear in  person before the  Admission  Committee at  Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak for  document verification.

List of documents to be submitted by the candidate at the time of document verification:

The candidates at the time of document verification must bring the following original certificates / documents along with two sets of self attested photocopies.

• Matriculation/High School Certificate (10th) or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
• Three copies of the recent photographs (Passport Size) self attested used for NEET Form
• 10+2/Intermediate/Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate & Detailed Marks Sheet.
• Character Certificate issued by the school/institute last attended.
• Resident Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable)
• Certificate of Bonafide Resident issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
• Certificate of Disability with respect to Benchmark Disabilities issue by Notified Centres notified by NTA or Disability Certificate issued by Medical Board at PGIMS Rohtak.
• Certificate of Dependent of Freedom Fighters issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable).
• Certificate of ESM issued by competent authority of the State Government (if applicable
• Income Certificate (for BC Category students) issued by competent authority as per State Government Notification
• Creamy Layer/ Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC-A/BC-B Category Candidates
• Income and Asset certificate for EWS Category candidates.
• Annual Income Certificate for the Candidate (BC-A/ BC-B / SC/ SC-D) Category under Post Matric Scholarship Scheme
• Affidavit to show Minority status
• Print out of Online Application form.
• Provisional Allotment letter.
• Proof of identification Aadhaar card / PAN Card / Driving license /Passport / Voter ID/Ration Card/any other (any two).
• Result Card of NEET UG 2021
• Any other Document as required by Counselling Committee.

NRI candidates in addition should bring the following documents:-

• Passport
• Documentary evidence / Certificate of NRI / OCI / PIO as per Govt of India Instructions from time to time
• Sponsorship affidavit from NRI stating that sponsorer will bear all the expenses for the whole duration of the study (if Applicable)
• Relationship affidavit (Relation of Candidate with sponsorer with family tree and supportive document evidence) (if Applicable)
• Proof of NRE / NRI Bank Account

Any candidate failing to bring original documents at the time of document verification / counselling will not be considered and his/her claim to admission will be forfeited.
