AIPMST (Secondary) is a scholarship examination for students, who are aspiring to study in MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, and BUMS courses. AIPMST Secondary activities are regulated by Brainztorm Technical Excellences Pvt Ltd.  It helps students realize their dreams of pursuing Medical Education in these courses. We help all meritorious and deserving students, who come from an economically weak background to pursue these courses in various colleges. Those medical aspirants who qualify AIPMST (Secondary) scholarship examination are eligible for admission along with the scholarship to its 500+ Govt. approved AIPMST (Secondary) participating institutes.

AIPMST (Secondary) is one of the premier medical entrance scholarship examinations in the country. It supports qualified medical aspirants to pursue education in MBBS and BDS courses. AIPMST (Secondary) examination provides a platform of support to all MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS aspirants by granting them scholarships on qualifying it to pursue medical education. It is also one of the most popular scholarship examinations among medical students in the country. It is purely a merit-based examination. It is conducted on a national level every year.

Important Date

Eligibility

a) Academic Criteria

The candidate must have passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class- XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50 % marks in all the subjects.

One thing which is important to note down is that Students should have the Medical subjects in their class 12th like PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

Those students who are appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2022 may also appear at AIPMST (Secondary) – 2022 provisionally.

b) Age Limit

Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1996 are eligible to apply for AIPMST (Secondary) – 2022.

However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1991 are also eligible.

The date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate shall only be considered valid.

Note: The total number of attempts for General and OBC candidates is three, whereas the total number of attempts for SC/ST/PH is five

Examination Pattern

Marking Scheme

NOTE: If you submit your test and confirm, you CANNOT take the test again.

1. There will be 200 questions in your test
2. You can only enter the test 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time, however the “Start test” button will be enabled at the scheduled start time, and you must click the same to start the test
3. You may see “Elapsed Time” which indicates that the test time has already been started
4. Please read each question twice before answering.
5. The pattern of the examination shall be objective type based and there will be multiple choice questions with four options having single correct answer
6. Each correct answer carries four marks
7. For each incorrect response, one forth (1/4) of the total marks allotted to the question would be deducted.
8. No deduction from the total score will be made if no response is indicated for an item in the test.
9. There is a timer on the top right-hand side which indicates the remaining time
10. Only one question will be displayed on the computer screen at a time
11. Click “Next” button at the bottom of the screen for moving to the next question
12. You can navigate through the questions back and forth by clicking “Previous” or “Next” button
13. You may also click the respective question number on the right hand side panel to reach that question
14. You can toggle to any of the sections from the right-side navigation menu
15. Section instructions will also be available both in the right-side navigation menu OR in the header for the current section
16. Questions can be answered in any order within the given time
17. Status of all questions will be displayed on the right hand side panel giving a snapshot of how many questions have been ‘Attempted’, ‘Skipped’, ‘Marked for Review’
18. You can attempt unattempted questions or review attempted questions anytime during the test
19. You can change your answers before clicking the “End Test” button
20. Click the “Submit Test” button at the bottom right corner when all the questions are answered
21. You will not be able to re-enter the exam once the test has been submitted
22. A reconfirmation screen will appear. Click “OK” to submit the test
23. In case you are disconnected during the test, you may log in to the same URL with the Unique Test Key generated for the test

Rs 1075/- for Female / ST / SC / PH Categories + 18% GST
