Eligibility

Age:

Candidate must have completed the age of 17 Years, on or before 31 st December of the corresponding year.

Qualification for BPT Course

Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in 10+2 examination and must have obtained a minimum of 35% marks (pass marks in case of SC/BC) take together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in 10+2 examination.

Qualification for BSC (MLT) Course

Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in 10+2 (Medical) examination and must have obtained a minimum of 40% aggregate marks (35% for SC/BC) take together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in 10+2 examination.

Qualification for BSC Medical (APB) Course

Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in 10+2 examination and must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/BC) take together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in 10+2 examination.

• A Candidate who has appeared for qualifying examination but whose result has not been declared can apply but his/her result must be declared before the counseling. The Candidate will be required to produce the evidence of the result having been declared and he/she having passed the examination fulfilling the eligibility conditions by the time of counseling.
• Candidates who are not bonafide resident of Punjab shall be considered in 2nd/subsequent counseling’s after exhausting Punjab state candidates.
• The candidates who have applied under Sports category will have to submit printed / hard copy of online submitted application form personally (by hand) in the University upto 17.08.2021 alongwith sports gradation certificates issued by the Director, Sports, Punjab and other supporting self attested copies of certificates/documents.
