Applicants who have been allotted college in the 1st Online Centralized Admission Schedule but could not nd take admission or pay fee, will get a chance of admission in 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule th only if they give their willingness online on 4th September, 2021 (Saturday) by 2:00 pm through their respective login at DHE website 

Admission to all centralized courses in all city colleges during the 1st and 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule will be done online through the DHE website There will be NO PHYSICAL COUNSELLING this year due to Covid- 19 situation.

Documents Required (ORIGINAL or From Digi Locker Only)

• Scanned Passport size photo of the applicant
• Scanned Signature of the applicant
• Scanned Signature of either of the Parent/ Guardian
• Bank Account Details (Account Holder Name / IFS Code)
• Matriculation Certificate for Date of Birth.
• 10+2 Detailed Marks Certificate.
• University/ Board DMC of the lower examination.
• Character Certificate from the institution last attended or from a Gazetted Officer in case of private candidates. (Specimen of the form is given at the end of the Prospectus)
• Migration Certificate/ Inter-University Migration Certificate.
• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Physically Challenged Persons/ Sports/ Defence/ Freedom Fighter’s Ward/ Kashmiri Displaced Person’s Ward/ Descendants of Kargil Martyrs/ Single Girl Child/ One out of only Two Girl Children/ Cancer/ AIDS/ Thalassemia Patients/ Border Area/ Rural Area/ Excelled in Youth Festival.
• Sports Gradation Certificate issued from Chandigarh Sports Department for both U.T Pool and General Pool applicants.
• Equivalence Certificate from Panjab University of the last course passed by the applicant (where required).
• Two affidavits, in original, are to be attached with the application form in case of gap year/years, if any (Specimen of the affidavit is given at the end of the Prospectus). Applicants with gap year will not be admitted to any college until the gap is explained to the satisfaction of the convener of the respective admission committee of the concerned college, by submitting an affidavit as per the specimen given at the end of the Prospectus. Scanned copy of the original affidavit is also required to be uploaded in .pdf format. Applicant having gap year has to fill the form online as ‘NEW STUDENT’.

Round 2 Instructions

Important Instructions for the Centralized Courses Applicants for 2nd Round of Counseling

• Applicants who have been allotted college in the 1st Online Centralized Admission Schedule can give their willingness for 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule if they wish to change the college they are admitted to. Only upward mobility of preference as filled while applying for the course will be allowed in the change of college. Change of order of preference of college is not allowed at any stage.
• In case the seat is allotted in another college in 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule then the admission granted during the 1st Online Centralized Admission Schedule automatically stands cancelled. However, the applicant has to apply for fee refund (in case the fee is deposited) in the previously admitted college.
• Applicants who have not been allotted college because of being lower in the merit list, can be considered for the 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule, if the seat is available in the respective course. They are not required to give online consent/ willingness for 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule.
• Schedule for 2nd Online Centralized Admission:
  a) Submission of willingness by the participants to participate in 2nd Online Centralized Admission Schedule for all centralized courses: 03-09-2021 (Friday) to 04-09-2021 (Saturday) till 02:00 pm.
  b) Display of list of applicants for 2nd online Admission Schedule on DHE website who have been allotted college : 6th September, 2021 (Monday) by 5:00 pm.
