Eligibility
a) AGE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for UG AWT 2021 should have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2021, the year of his / her admission to the 1st year. Candidate shall be medically fit.
b) ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
- For admission to B.Sc. Nursing a Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in 10+2 examination (40% for SC/BC).
- For admission to BPT course, a Candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination with pass marks (50%) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory requirements). Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Allied Health Section 2015-16.
Punjab domicile candidates should have passed his/her 10+1 and 10+2 examination or other qualifying examination (as listed above) as regular candidate from a recognized institution situated in Punjab only. The candidate would be 11 required to submit a certificate to this effect from the Principal/Head of the Institution last attended in the prescribed Performa.

ii) Bank Demand draft for Rs.3500/-, ‘in favour of ‘Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society’, payable at Ludhiana.
iii) Self-Attested Photocopies of the following Documents
- Matriculation or 10th Std Pass Certificate Showing date of birth
- 10+1 and 10+2 detail mark certificate
- Proof of Address
- No Objection certificate, if employed or otherwise applicable
- Character Certificate from the school principle / Employer
- Migration Certificate, if issued by the School authority, must be Counter-signed by the concerned DEO
- SC/BC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
iv) For Christian Applicants
a) Church membership certificate
b) Baptism certificate
c) Letter of Service Commitment from Body/Church of the CMC Ludhiana Society, signed by the authorized signatory only (Page 47-50). (It is mandatory that this letter be received in the Office of the Registrar, latest by 20th September 2021).
