Super Elective English Grammar & Composition Semester I & II for BA Part-I is a book on Grammar and Composition included in the syllabus of Elective English of the syllabus of BA 1^st and 2^nd Semesters of Panjab University, Chandigarh. The book has been published by Super Publication. This is more of a guidebook. The book clearly separated into two sections A and B which are meant for Semester-I and Semester-II respectively. In Section-I, important chapters like Letter Writing, Voice, Direct/Indirect, Transformation of Sentences(all types) are discussed. The section also deals with articles, Prepositions, Conjunctions, Antonyms, Synonyms, Idiomatic Use of Words, and Phrases. The book also includes previous years’ Question papers and self-assessment papers. In the same way, Section-B deals with Paragraph Writing, Corrections of Sentences, Use of the Same Words as Different parts of Speech, Translation from Vernacular to English, and last, but not least, previous years' question papers and self-assessment papers. As you can see from the content of the book, it covers all the fundamentals and basics of English Grammar and Composition. We live in a fast-evolving world and English has become a global language. Hence, keeping aside the examination point of view, a proper understanding of this book will aid the readers to be well adept at the fundamentals of how to write and speak proper English with fewer grammatical errors.
