If we talk about business ethics, it is a form of applied ethics. Ethics in business are simply the application of moral or ethical norms to business. It is a set of principles or standards of human conduct that govern the behavior of individuals or organizations. Using these ethical standards, a person or group of persons or an organization regulate their behavior to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong as perceived by others. Corporate governance involves a set of relationships between the different segment of company, which includes its management, board, shareholders and other stakeholders. It is a framework through which goals of a company are set, the means for attaining the same are laid down, the mechanism for monitoring the goals is determined. Corporate governance is the exercise of power over corporate entities.
